Anna Wright worked with my wife and I in the purchase of an investment property. We did a 1031 exchange from a property we sold in San Diego to our purchase in Tennessee. We traveled to Tennessee with just days to locate the right property and submit an offer. Anna knew the best areas of the Nashville area, and guided us through the process of viewing properties and advising us on the rents and appreciation of each property. The Nashville market was extremely competitive but Anna's tenacity paid off for us. Once we had an accepted offer Anna scheduled the inspections and orchestrated the process for the exchange company in San Diego. She also met the inspectors and followed up on any concerns we had pertaining to the property. Once we closed on the purchase, Anna worked with the management company to give access and prepare the property for rent. All this was done while my wife and I had returned to San Diego.
